Great service and very informative! I have been going here for years, and the new staff is wonderful! I usually see Dr. Neilson who is great but is saw another Dr. today ( can’t remember his name) and he was just as fantastic! Great “bedside manner” and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend !!!

My experience with Village Eye Centre has only been positive in the last 9 months. I called into Village Eye Center for a second opinion in January after learning of our son being diagnosed with ocular motor dysfunction and convergence issues by another optometrist, as I didn't understand what vision therapy was all about of how it would affect our son. The front office staff was so patient as I explained my situation and being upfront about why I was calling. They did not try to get my business, they kindly answered all my questions, which is why I booked in with Dr. Nelson for his opinion. Our son is 10 years old and is very comfortable with Dr. Nelson as he speaks to him directly and makes it a fun environment for us to be in. Dr. Nelson has provided us with some tools that we work on from home to help strengthen the eye and follow up as required, which is so helpful with our busy family. I highly recommend Village Eye Centre and specifically Dr. Nelson with your Vision Therapy needs.

The doctors and staff at Village Eye Center in Sherwood Park are so professional , friendly and experts in their field. I have been going there for 23 years and have always experienced excellent service. I trust the doctors and would highly recommend this business.

For excellent eye care, this is the place to go. Staff is terrific; choosing glasses is a real challenge for me, but Glory persevered, for which I am very grateful. Dr. Tromposch is the best in the biz too. I drove from Edmonton today and glad I did.

Got my eyes checked out for the first time in 8 years and it was a good experience, really should go more often since screens dominate and wreck everyone's eyes these days. Dr. Sindy Tromposch and the secretary/receptionist Lovepreet were both lovely! 5/5

Me and my family have been "seeing" Dr. Atwell at Village Eye Centre for over 15 years. The staff is friendly and kind. They know what they are doing. Never a bad experiece. I recommend them 100%.

I just had a double lung transplant so my husband and I arrived with masks on. Without asking all of them put masks on for me. I’m so appreciative of their compassion for me. And so welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Brought my 7 month old in for her first eye exam. Dr.Nelson was fantastic! He kept my daughter engaged, took the time to explain each assessment and answered any questions I had.The front desk staff was extremely friendly as well. Highly recommend this clinic!
